Western Wall - Collection of Postcards and Prints
A collection containing 130 postcards and 16 prints of illustrations and photographs of the Western Wall. Palestine, Egypt, Germany, France, USA and other places. Ca. early 20th century to the 1960s (most are from the first decades of the 20th century).
Some prints in this collection are plates taken out of research books or single leaves out of newspapers or periodicals. The collection includes, among others, about 20 undivided postcards, real-photo postcards and a number of greeting cards and "Shanah Tovah" cards with illustrations or photographs of the Western Wall.
