מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון, הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ז חשון תשל"ז [1976].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח ר' משה בלוי בנחלת הר חב"ד (נחל'ה), קרית מלאכי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 27 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב-בינוני. סימני קיפול וקמטים. קרעים וקרעים חסרים בשוליים (ללא פגיעה בתוכן המכתב). כתמים ובלאי קל.
