שטר של 100 דולר שהתקבל מהאדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש.
השטר הוענק בתמורה למחקרו של הרב דויטש אודות רבני חב"ד בעיר יקטרינוסלב (דנייפרופטרובסק), בה כיהן הרה"ג ר' לוי יצחק שניאורסון, אביו של הרבי מליובאוויטש, כרב בין השנים תרס"ח-תרצ"ט (1908-1939). במחקרו האמור חשף הרב דויטש, בין היתר, לראשונה את סיבת המאסר הראשון של רבי לוי יצחק בשנת תר"ץ, כמו גם עדויות שונות אודות פעילותו של רבי לוי יצחק במסירות נפש להפצת היהדות ברוסיה הסובייטית.
המחקר התפרסם, תחת הכותרת "רבנות חב"ד ביקטרינוסלב", בשבועון "כפר חב"ד", גליון 628 (מיום כ' אב תשנ"ד), שבועות ספורים לאחר הסתלקות הרבי מליובאוויטש – הגיליון האמור מצורף לשטר שלפנינו.
כיתוב בשולי השטר (בעט): "מאת כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א בעד היסטוריה של רבנות חב"ד ביקטרינוסלב. תשובה מהרבי: כדאי לפרסם אעה"צ [אזכיר על הציון] – פירסמתי כ"ז [כל זה] בכפר חב"ד גליון 628".
