Even HaEzel on the Rambam, Parts I-V, on Nezikin, Kinyan, Mishpatim and Kodashim, by R. Isser Zalman Meltzer, rabbi of Slutsk and dean of the Etz Chaim yeshiva in Jerusalem. Jerusalem, 1935-1945. Five parts in four volumes.
Two volumes (parts Mishpatim and Kodashim) with dedications handwritten by the author, R. Isser Zalman Meltzer, to R. Yaakov Landau, rabbi of Bnei Brak. Signature of R. Landau on the title page of vol. I (Nezikin), with his inscription attesting to having received it as a gift from the author.
Brief handwritten emendations in several places in vol. I, some possibly handwritten by the author.
Stamps of R. Yaakov Landau, from his tenure as rabbi of Ramatayim and Bnei Brak.
Four volumes. Vol. I (Nezikin, 2 parts): [2], 86, [1]; 72 leaves. Vol. II (Kinyan): [2], 110, [15] leaves. Vol. III (Mishpatim, part I): [2], 93, 12, [1] leaves. Vol. IV (Kodashim, part I): [2], 90, 14 leaves. 33.5 cm. Fair condition. Minor stains. Worming, affecting text. Stamps and handwritten inscriptions. Original bindings, with significant damage and worming. Two volumes with torn and detached bindings.
