מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, יו"ד סיון תשי"ד [1954].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח דוד פרקוביץ בירושלים, לרגל קישורי התנאים של בנו: "הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיהיו בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ולבנין עדי עד על יסודי התורה והמצוה כפי שהם מוארים במאור שבתורה זוהי תורת החסידות. בברכת מזל טוב".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 30.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב. נקבי תיוק. סימני קיפול וקמטים. קרעים בשוליים ובקווי הקפל (עם פגיעה באחת האותיות).
