Two Letters from the Steipler, with Blessings – Bnei Brak, 1979-1980
Two letters handwritten and signed by R. Yaakov Yisrael Kanievsky, the Steipler. Bnei Brak, 1979-1980.
The first letter is a recommendation to philanthropists to transfer charity money to the charity fund of R. David Elbaum (he mentions a letter from R. Shach testifying to the trustworthiness of those managing the fund). The second letter is a letter acknowledging the receipt of funds from the Israel Relief Fund, via R. Ze'ev Shapira.
In both letters, the Steipler wishes the patrons of Torah much success and blessing.
