Bracha Meshuleshet – contains three books on tractate Brachot according to manuscripts: a. Tosefot of Rabbi Yehuda Messer Leon. b. Tosefot HaRosh. c. Shita Mekubetzet of Rabbi Bezalel Ashkenazi.
Warsaw, 1863. First edition.
Approbations from the great Rabbis the "Aruch L'Ner", the "Shoel U'Meishiv", the "Ktav Sofer", "HaKtav VeHaKabalah" and others. On the book's title page is an ownership stamp: "Asher Anschil Weiss Av Beit Din of the holy congregation of Siladi Nadipalo and its environs". On page 43 is a scholarly handwritten gloss.

Rabbi Asher Anschil Weiss, Rabbi and Av Beit Din of Nadipalo in Hungary. Murdered in the Holocaust. Survived by five sons who are all Torah scholars and who published his books "Shemen La'Mincha" – novaelle on Talmudic topics and novaelle on the Torah. The great Rabbis of Jerusalem praised the author expansively in their approbations to his books.
Condition: Good. Very small amount of moth damage. Binding and leaves detached.
