Divrei Chaim (Sanz) – First Edition / Or Chadash – the Copies of the Synagogue of the Rebbe Rabbi Aharon Rokeach of Belz
Divrei Chaim, responsa and Pilpulim by Rabbi Chaim of Sanz.
Lvov, 1875. First edition.
Sefer Or Chadash, Lemberg 1898.
The books contains different stamps of the Beit Tefilah of the Rebbe of Belz, Tel Aviv 63 Echad Ha'Am.
When the Rebbe, Rabbi Aharon Rokeach of Belz, immigrated to the Land of Israel in 1944, he settled in Tel Aviv for many reasons, one of the being that there were no mosques and churches in Tel Aviv. The Rebbe re-founded the Belz Hassidism in Israel by a small Beit Midrash called "Beit Tefilah". The book before us is a remnant of this small Beit Midrash.
Condition: Good-Fair. The three leaves after the title page are missing and the last leaf of the indices at the end of the book is torn. Slight tears and wear.
