Long Halachic Response, Handwritten by Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, which had been sent to Rabbi Yosef Schwartz - Jerusalem, 1928
Long halachic response handwritten by Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld about the archiving (Geniza) of invalid Torah scrolls. The complete response is a halachic discourse integrating words of Poskim and the modest words of Rabbi Chaim Sonnenfeld, who writes to Rabbi Schwartz at the beginning of the letter: "and his honor sees me as an honorable person while I am but a simple man …" and at its end: "and mine is nothing but another opinion since I am not worthy of deciding".

Rabbi Yosef Schwartz (1875-1944), a disciple of Rabbi Eliezer Zussman Sofer of Paks and Rabbi Ya'akov Tenenbaum of Fotnak. The son-in –law of Rabbi Eliezer Deutsch, author of "Tevu'ot Ha'Sadeh". He moved to Bonyhad with his father-in-law and helped him with the management of the yeshiva. Since 1917, served as a Dayan in Bonyhad. In 1924, he became a rabbi and Maggid in Grosswardein. He edited and published the journal "Va'Yelaket Yosef" (Munkatch-Paks-Bonyhad, 1899-1907) approbated by the most illustrious rabbis of Hungary, and the journal "Torah Mi'Zion" (Jerusalem, 1895-1905). He wrote many books and entries of the "Otzar Yisrael" encyclopedia. He was considered an expert on religious literatures, especially Responsa. He died in the Holocaust.
