A Palestinian Thobe Azraq Dress, Beersheba area, c. 1945. Dark cotton, embroidered with geometrical patterns in silk thread. Patchwork. The blue embroidery work on the bottom part was typically worn by an unmarried woman/widow. Length: 133 cm. Maximal width: 119 cm. Overall fair condition, some small holes and mending.
