French Anti-Semitic Leaflet
French Anti-Semitic leaflet, Liberation, c. 1941. The exterior pages of the leaflet read: Distribute by your friends from the R.A.F. (Royal Air Force). During the First and Second World War, information leaflets were distributed by the RAF - the British Air Force, supporting the British and the Resistance. This leaflet disguises itself as an information leaflet of the Resistance, but in fact contains a clear anti-Semitic text. The leaflet lists the increase in the Jewish population in France and their takeover of trade and calls for "the Aryanization of trade in France and the complete deportation of Jews." 4 p. 21X13 cm. Good condition, text slightly cut on one of the pages, browned paper.
