The partially printed document is issued in the name of the Fuhrer and Reich Chancellor and appoints the Senior Customs Inspector ( Oberzollinspektor ) Emil Fleischmann to be a Customs Office Councillor ( Zollamtmann ), stating ´I execute this instrument in the expectation that the appointee, faithful to his oath of service, will conscientiously fulfil his official duties and justify the confidence placed in him by this appointment´ and adding ´At the same time, he may be assured of the special protection of the Fuhrer and Reich Chancellor´ .
