The partially printed document, completed in typescript, awards the bronze medal of Ehrenkreuzes der Deutschen Mutter (German Mother´s Cross of Honour) to Frieda Schillig of Birkig. The printed facsimile signatures of Hitler and Meissner appear at the foot of the document alongside a circular blind embossed seal featuring the Nazi eagle and swastika.
