PARK CHUNG-HEE: (1917-1979) South Korean General, later President of South Korea 1963-79. Park assumed the presidency after first ruling the country as head of a military junta installed by the May coup in 1961. Signed F.D.C., in Korean, oblong 8vo envelope, Korea, 4th November 1961. The document being the 15th commemorative anniversary of foundation of Unesco. Signed in bold blue ink to a clear area of the front envelope. VG £100-150
