[ALEXANDER III & FEODOROVNA MARIA]: Alexander III (1845-1894) Emperor of Russia 1881-94 & Maria Feodorovna (1847-1928) Empress of Russia 1881-94 as spouse of Alexander III. Princess Dagmar of Denmark. Two good original 4 x 5 and 5 x 4 photographs, unsigned, [c.1888], the images showing the Emperor and the Empress during a military riders procession. To the first the image shows the Emperor riding on a horse, with his spouse Maria walking down by his side, both surrounded by other riders, all in military uniforms. To the second, bearing Alexander III standing outdoors, in uniform, with the Empress sitting before him on the edge of a ditch. Both photographs are mounted on card backing, showing to the verso the Eastman photographers printed logo. Very small overall age wear and toning, otherwise G £800-1200
