A good D.S., `Wilhelm´, and countersigned `V.Bismarck´, three pages, folio, Berlin, 16th March 1870, in German. The partially printed document shows a very attractive printed heading ''Wilhelm by Grace of God, King of Prussia'', being the accreditation letter appointing Theodor von Busen as General Consul of the Northern German Confederation to Lima, in Peru. The document bears beneath the Emperor´s signature a large and attractive blind embossed Imperial seal. Folded. With partial repair to the fold verso. Very small tears to the fold edges. G £300-400
