A.L.S., Gabriele d´Annunzio , one page, 4to, n.p., n.d. (late 1918 or early 1919), to a friend, on the attractive printed stationery of the Squadra di San Marco, in French. D´Annunzio informs his friend that he is sending them an issue of Le Figaro, remarking ´Je voulais venir vous le porter moi-même hier; mais ma visite au charmant Amiral s´est prolongée très utilement´ (Translation: ´I had intended to bring it to you in person yesterday, but my visit to the charming Admiral ran over, which turned out to be very useful´ ) and also informing his friend that he won´t be coming to Paris. In a postscript D´Annunzio adds ´La Revue des deus Mondes contient un article de Boulenger sur mon escadre´ (Translation: ´La Revue des Deux Mondes contains an article by Boulenger on my squadron´ ).
