A.L.S., Picasso and Jacqueline , the body of text in the hand of the latter, to the verso of a colour picture postcard (the recto featuring a reproduction of Picasso´s 1905 painting Young Girl on a Ball ), n.p. (Cannes), n.d., to Doctor Jaffe, in French. The text states, in full, ´Tout l´étè vous nous avez gâtés Picasso et moi. Merci très chalereusement et très amical souvenir´ (Translation: ´Picasso and I have been thoroughly spoilt by you all summer long. Thank you so much, and warmest regards´ ). Picasso´s signature, at the head, is partially affected by a postal cancellation although remains perfectly legible. A couple of small, minor creases to the lower right corner, otherwise VG
