STRAUSS RICHARD: (1864-1949) German Composer. Signed 9 x 7 photograph, the image depicting Strauss seated in a three quarter length pose. Photograph by Walter Weber, Buenos Aires. Signed to the white lower border (`Richard Strauss´), and dated Buenos Aires, 4th April 1920 in his hand. Alongside his signature Strauss has penned a musical quotation of two bars. The photograph has been neatly affixed to a larger brown card and bears to the upper part of the card an inscription in Strauss´ hand. EX £800-1200
