BOROTRA JEAN: (1898-1994) French Tennis Champion and Politician. Borotra, nicknamed the ''Bounding Basque'', is one of the four French musketeers who, together with Lacoste, Cochet and Brugnon, won the first Davis Cup for France. Best world player in 1924, he also won at Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the Australian open. Borotra was imprisoned during the latter years of WWII.
