CARACCIOLA RUDOLF: (1901-1959) German Racing Driver. A multiple awarded racing driver who won over 30 major championships, including the first German Grand Prix. An excellent vintage oversized signed and inscribed glossy 9 x 12 photograph by Caracciola, the Adolf Lazi from Stuttgart image depicting the German champion wearing his racing suit and goggles in a half length pose. Signed Rudolf Caracciola and inscribed in fountain pen ink in German, also dated 1938 in his hand. Poor contrast to signature and inscription and small overall creasing and spot to the white borders, otherwise G £300-400
