MITCHELL THOMAS: (1892-1962) American actor, Academy Award winner for Best Supporting Actor in 1939 for his role as Doc Boone in Stagecoach. A good, rare vintage signed 8 x 10 photograph of Mitchell in a head and shoulders pose in costume as Ike Howard from the American drama film Captain Eddie (1945), a biopic of the American fighter pilot Eddie Rickenbacker.
