ZWEIG STEFAN: (1881-1942) Austrian novelist, playwright, journalist and biographer, himself a passionate collector of autograph manuscripts. A very fine vintage signed sepia postcard photograph of Zweig in a head and shoulders pose. Photograph by Franz Xaver Setzer of Vienna and bearing his imprint to a dark area at the base of the image and credit stamp to the verso. Signed by Zweig in purple fountain pen ink with his name alone to the lower white border. EX
