MORGAN MICHELE: (1920-2016) French actress. An original abstract painting executed and signed by Morgan on an 8vo sheet of art paper (approximately 13.5 x 20 cm), the white, black, pink and gold painted design (with pencil outlines) featuring various geometric shapes and quite possibly a preparatory study for a larger work. Signed ( ´M. Morgan´) by the actress in bold pencil to the lower right edge. With the circular black ink stamp of Succession Michele Morgan - Shine A Lot, dated 21st December 2017, to the verso. Accompanied by an unsigned colour 10.5 x 7 photograph of Morgan and two other ladies at the opening night of an exhibition of Morgan´s paintings (two of which can be seen displayed on a wall in the immediate background) at the Galerie Albert Koski on 10th May 1999.
