Lynn Hope was the head costume mistress at the Aldwych Theatre in London and also performed the same duties on the tours of the Royal Shakespeare Company from 1955 onwards.
Vivien Leigh´s fondness of cats, particuarly Siamese cats, is well documented, and the actress was rarely separated from her feline friends who would regularly attend theatre rehearsals and film studio shoots.
