MCCULLOCH JOHN RAMSAY: (1789-1864) Scottish economist, author and editor. A.L.S., J. R. McCulloch, one page, 8vo, Statistics Office, 22nd January 1839, to Archibald Hastie. McCulloch informs his correspondent that he shall not fail on Friday and adds that he is very glad Hastie has re-located himself, concluding by sending his best compliments to his correspondent´s brother.
