COCTEAU JEAN: (1889-1963) French Poet, Playwright, Novelist, Filmmaker and Critic. A good autograph poem draft by Cocteau, one page, light brown paper, 4to, n.p., n.d., in French. The draft contains multiple corrections, amendments and words crossed in his hand, stating in part ` Il ne reste plus que les projecteurs de la côte - Il ne reste plus que ce froid cassé -... Que cette fusillade...Que ces garçons français et allemands statues - qui se cassent nuit et jour..´ (Translation: " There's nothing left but the coastal spotlights - There's nothing left but this broken cold -... That this shooting... That these French and German boys statues - that break each night and day..") - Very small age tone, mostly to edges, with two extremely small tears to the edge, otherwise VG
