SOULAGES PIERRE: (1919-2022) French painter. Book signed and inscribed, being a softcover edition of Conques: Les Vitraux de Soulages, French edition published by Seuil, Paris, June 1994, with a preface by Georges Duby, text by Christian Heck, working notes by Soulages and an interview by Jean-Dominique Fleury, illustrated throughout with numerous colour images from photographs by Vincent Cunillère, and bound in an illustrated cover with flaps. Signed and inscribed by Soulages to the head of the half title page and dated at Toulouse, 6th December 1994 in his hand. VG
