KALTENBRUNNER ERNST: (1903-1946) German lawyer and SS-Obergruppenfuhrer, Director of the Rich Security Main Office 1943-45 during World War II. Fountain pen ink signature ( 'E Kaltenbrunner') on an oblong 12mo piece, with his typed rank appearing beneath his signature and with several other lines of text and an official circular stamp featuring the Nazi eagle and swastika, evidently neatly clipped from the conclusion of a document. Lightly affixed to the base of an A4 sheet of photographic paper featuring a colour image of Kaltenbrunner in a head and shoulders pose wearing his uniform. VG
