ENESCU GEORGE: (1881-1955) Romanian composer. A.L.S., George Enesco, to the recto and verso of his personal printed oblong 12mo black bordered Visiting Card, featuring his printed name to the centre, Rue de Clichy, Paris, 28th February 1921, to the administrator of the Concerts Colonne, in French. Enescu writes 'Priere de bien vouloir confier le material de ma 3eme symphonie (partition et partie d'orchestre) au porteur de ceci ce dont merci' (Translation: 'Please entrust the material of my 3rd symphony (score and orchestral part) to the bearer of this, for which I thank you'). With a small ink annotation in another hand to the upper left corner of the recto. One heavy vertical fold to the left edge and with some staining to the verso, slightly affecting the text and signature, FR
