CALLAS MARIA & BERNSTEIN LEONARD: Maria Callas (1923-1977) American-born Greek soprano, & Leonard Bernstein (1918-1990) American Conductor & Composer of West Side Story (1957). An excellent and rare vintage signed 4 x 5.5 photograph by Callas and Bernstein, the image showing Callas standing in a profile three-quarter length pose in costume as Amina from Vincenzo Bellini's opera La Sonnambula (1827), alongside Bernstein, holding each other hands, during a rehearsal. Photograph by Erio Piccagliani for Teatro Alla Scala, Milan. Individually signed (' Maria Callas') in bold black ink and ` Leonard Bernstein´, in bold blue ink, both to the lower white borderto the upper clear part of the image. VG
