WISE ROBERT: (1914-2005) American film director and Academy Award winner whose credits include the musical films West Side Story (1961) and The Sound of Music (1965). Signed and inscribed 7.5 x 9.5 photograph of Wise in a head and shoulders pose, the portrait issued by Universal Studios to promote the science fiction thriller film The Andromeda Strain (1971) which Wise directed and was based on Michael Crichton´s novel of the same title.
