One dark tape stain and a very minor paperclip rust stain to the upper left corner, not affecting the text or signature, otherwise VG Leopold Marchand (1891-1952) French playwright and screenwriter, husband of Colette's close friend Misz Hertz (who committed suicide in 1942). Maurice Goudeket (1889-1977) French businessman, journalist and writer, the third and final husband of Colette.
