JOHN XXIII: (1881-1963) Pope of the Catholic Church 1958-63. A good vintage signed colour 9.5 x 13.5 photograph, the image depicting the Pope in a profile head and shoulders pose wearing his white zucchetto and red winter mozzetta. Photograph by Luigi Felici of Rome and bearing his credit stamp to the verso. Signed ( ‘Joannes XXIII Pp’, with a paraph) by the Pope in blue fountain pen ink to the lower photographer’s mount and dated 18 th August 1961 in his hand. With an official circular blind embossed Papal seal alongside the signature. Some very light, extremely minor age wear, VG
