JUNOT JEAN-ANDOCHE: (1771-1813) Duke of Abrantes. French General, nicknamed ''La Tempte'' (''The Storm''). D.S., `Junot«, also signed by Cesar Berthier (1765-1819) French general, brother of Marshal Berthier, one page, 4to, Paris, 17th December 1803, in French. The partially printed document, bearing at the heading a small republic vignette, is issued by the General Headquarters of the military tribunal and reports on a court-martial, related to the arrested Dragons Jean Regnier and Emmanuel Jeannot, stating in part `Éwarned because of insulting and threatening several individuals after entering the house of one of them at night and breaking all the windows..« Both soldiers are sentenced to a new court-martial.
