Belyaev«, signed twice, to front and verso, with multiple annotations in his hand, and an autograph list of works to the verso, two pages, folio, 10th February 1938, in Cyrillic. The partially printed document being a ''Literary Fund Member«s Form'', showing to the front a printed list of personal and professional details with Belyaev response alongside in his hand, also bearing a small portrait photograph of Belyaev affixed to the bottom left corner. The document states in part `Using the pen name A.
