[DILLINGER JOHN]: (1903-1934) American Bank Robber. An original printed 8 x 8 Wanted poster with fingerprint classification issued by J. Edgar Hoover and the United States Department of Justice, Division of Investigation, Washington D.C., 12th March 1934. The poster features two portraits of Dillinger, with alias Frank Sullivan, front and profile, above his signature, and below his ten fingerprints. Also featuring a full description of Dillinger is provided including details of his scars, and a lengthy criminal record. To the verso showing a printed list entitled Special Agent in Charge, showing thirty U.S cities with a telephone number assigned to each of them. VG £150-200
