BAUDELAIRE CHARLES: (1821-1868) French Poet, a pioneering translator of Edgar Allan Poe. A good A.L.S., `C.B´, one page, oblong 12mo, n.p. [Paris], n.d., in French. Baudelaire refers to one of his works, and states in part `..I admit guilt..´ further saying `..but have sent it to study a fourth time and which cannot take longer than tomorrow or after tomorrow..´ Baudelaire further again refers to some of his poems saying `Please have a look to these sonnets, which I hope will please you.´ and concludes with a very interesting comment `A link, easy to see, unites the four of them.´ The letter bears four lines crossing the text, although not affecting at all the lecture. Irregular edges, otherwise VG
