Peter Geoffrey Oates (1919-2007) British civil servant who worked in the Prime Minister's office at 10 Downing Street from 1951, firstly as private secretary to Attlee, and later to Winston S. Churchill.
Winston S. Churchill had passed away on 24th January 1965 at the age of 90.
