Signed in dark fountain pen ink to the verso and dated 30th October 1969 in his hand; Liam Cosgrave (1920-2017) Irish politician who served as Taoiseach from 1973-77. Signed 3.5 x 4.5 photograph of Cosgrave in a head and shoulders pose. Signed in white fountain pen ink with his name alone to the image.
