The partially printed document is a decree, bearing the printed heading ''Vittorio Emanuele III, by the grace of god and by the will of the Nation - King of Italy'', according to which the King of Italy accepts the resignation of the Grand officer and engineer Alberto Torri as President of the 2nd bureau of the Superior Council. Signed in bold black inks by the King and immediately beneath by Mussolini in his capacity as Minister of war, to the second page. With few official contemporary ink stamps and one countersignature.
