In a short message, Corot probably refers to the time he will be available, stating ` Je vous préviens, ainsi que madame, que le lundi, l'après-midi, jusqu'à 4h, et mardi matin jusqu'à midi…´ (Translation: ` I inform you, as well as Madam, that on Monday, in the afternoon, until 4h, and Tuesday morning until noon…´ With address leaf, bearing postmarks, stamped, addressed in Corot´s hand. Very small area of paper loss to the upper left corner of the address leaf, as a result of the opening of the letter, not affecting the text. Very small foxing stains. G
