Signed First Day Cover issued to commemorate England's victory in the World Cup, featuring an England Winners postage stamp postmarked at Harrow and Wembley, 18th August 1966. Signed by Ramsey in bold blue fountain pen ink with his name alone to a clear area. Matted in red and framed and glazed in a plain black frame to an overall size of 9 x 6.5. VG
