ZANARDELLI GIUSEPPE: (1826-1903) Italian Prime Minister 1901-03. A.N., unsigned, to one side of his personal printed oblong 12mo Visiting Card, as Minister of Justice, n.p., n.d. (1880s/1890s), to Doda, in Italian. Zanardelli sends his thanks and asks his correspondent to forgive him and come on Friday, when he will be well looked after, and further suggests a time to meet. A few minor stains, otherwise about VG
Zanardelli served as Italian Minister of Justice from 1881-83, 1887-91 and 1897-98.
