A.N.S., H Gervex, to two sides of the personal printed oblong 12mo Visiting Card of Gervex, featuring his printed name, as a Membre de l'Institut, to the centre and address at Rue Roussel at the base, n.d., in French. Gervex writes, in full, 'Merci beaucoup, cher Monsieur, j'espere, grace a notre excellent vin retrouver la jeunesse et etre bientot capable de faire bon accueil a nos delicieuse jucelles. Tous mes meilleurs souvenirs' (Translation: 'Thank you very much, dear Sir, I hope, thanks to our excellent wine, to regain youth and soon be able to welcome our delicious twins.
