ACTORS: Small selection of signed and inscribed 8 x 10 photographs by various film actors comprising George Peppard (depicting him in a head and shoulders pose in costume as John Shay from the British cold war neo noir spy thriller film The Executioner, 1970), Stewart Granger (depicting him in a half-length profile pose, in costume as Andre Moreau, opposite actress Eleanor Parker, in costume as Lenore, in a scene from the romantic swashbuckler film Scaramouche, 1952) and Peter Strauss (standing in a full-length pose, in costume as Honus Gant, alongside Candice Bergen, in costume as Kathy Maribel 'Cresta' Lee, in a scene from the American Revisionist Western film Soldier Blue, 1970). Provenance: The present photographs originate from the collection of Pierre Goulliard, a French gentleman who, for over 50 years, dedicated himself to obtaining in person autographs of British, American and European movie stars, always obtaining the signatures in fountain pen ink.
