Vintage signed and inscribed 10 x 8 photograph of Dmytryk standing in a half-length profile pose opposite actor Michael Rennie, in costume as Inspector Merryweather, on the set of the adventure film Soldier of Fortune (1955). Several other cast and crew members can be seen in the immediate background. Signed by Dmytryk in dark fountain pen ink to a clear area at the head of the image. Provenance: The present photograph originates from the collection of Pierre Goulliard, a French gentleman who, for over 50 years, dedicated himself to obtaining in person autographs of British, American and European movie stars, always obtaining the signatures in fountain pen ink.
