Fenimore Cooper , being a signed cheque, Cooperstown, 14 th May 1836. The partially printed cheque, completed entirely in Cooper's hand, is drawn on the Otsego County Bank and made payable to Harvey Clark for the sum of $50. Some very light, minor age wear and a very small area of paper loss to the upper left corner. VG
