PIAF EDITH: (1915-1963) French Singer. Vintage signed and inscribed 5 x 7 photograph of Piaf, the Harcourt Paris image depicting a young Piaf in a close-up portrait pose. Signed and inscribed in bold blue ink to the upper right clear corner of the image `Pour monsieur René Lito, bien cordialement, Edith Piaf´. Annotated to the verso “19944-45”. Small overall minor age wear, with two very small clips to edges, most probably due to a former affixing. Accompanied by a 9.5 x 7.5 printed programme issued by Polydor, p pages, including several photographs of Piaf by Teddy Piaz, press extracts and a list of her recordings with Polydor. G
