MUSSOLINI BENITO: (1883-1945) Italian Fascist Dictator of World War II & VITTORIO EMANUELE III (1869-1947) King of Italy 1900-46. D.S., `Mussolini´, and `Vittorio Emanuele´, one page, folio, Rome, 7th July 1923, in Italian. The partially printed document is a decree, bearing the printed heading “Vittorio Emanuele III, by the grace of god and by the will of the Nation King of Italy”, according to which the King of Italy grants Gennaro Amora, a member of the military engineer´s Corps, his retirement after having served for the Italian Army. Signed in bold black ink by the King and beneath by Mussolini in his capacity as Minister of war. With few official contemporary ink stamps and two countersignatures. With blank integral leaf. The document bears a watermark. With extremely small pinholes to the left border as a result of its detachment, otherwise G to VG
